Product Exchange and Buy-back Policy

Samatva stands behind the quality of its products and guarantees your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products or there is a manufacturing or packaging defect, the customer/distributor may return/exchange it within 30 days of purchase for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy.

The customer can raise a cancellation request on a particular invoice from their Order & Payment History section in their Dashboard within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Note: Even if there are multiple products purchased under a single invoice, upon cancellation all the products in that invoice need to be returned. The cancellation is applicable to the entire invoice and there is no option of partial return.

Exchange policy :

• If the product is damaged, missing parts or accessories, defective or wrong product was sent, the customer has the option to request for an exchange of product within 30 days from the date of invoice.

• If the customer does not want the same product, the Company will provide the option of exchanging it with a different product within 30 days from the date of invoice.

• Upon raising the Cancel request from the dashboard, the issue with the purchase needs to be mentioned in the Cancel request form.

• To avail exchange, the item should be returned in original condition with all original packing with all original accessories.

• For consumable products, the exchange is only possible if the original packaging is intact and unopened along with all original accessories.

• Before returning the product to the company, the customer needs to take approval from the Samatva support team by responding to the ticket which comes in their registered email and sharing appropriate photos if required of the same.

• Once the customer/distributor returns the product to the Company, the replacement product will be shipped free of cost.

Buy-back policy :

• The Company provides a Buy Back/Refund Policy to the distributors who wish to return the product to receive a refund. The Buy-back option is available to the distributor for 30 days from the date of invoice.

• To initiate Buy-back/Refund, the Distributor needs to raise the Cancel request from the Dashboard and select the Buy-back option on the Cancellation form and also mention the reason for opting for the Buy-Back.

• Before returning the product to the company, the customer needs to take approval from the Samatva support team by responding to the ticket which comes in their registered email and sharing appropriate photos if required of the same.

• To avail Buy-Back/Refund, the item should be returned unopened, new and in original condition with all original packing with all original accessories.

• Upon receiving the product in the desired state, the Company will cancel all the Business Centres (BCs) availed from the said purchase and initiate the refund.

• Samatva shall provide a refund for the products to the distributor after deducting the applicable processing charges and bank charges.
